Loan Amount
Loan amounts are available from $200 to $1000. The size and duration of the loan is determined by the financial ability of the borrower to reasonably repay the loan in the time and manner specified in the loan contract.
Loan Terms
We offer loan repayment plans between 60 and 365 days. Please note, there are no early payoff penalties, and we encourage you to pay off your loan as soon as possible.
Prepayment
If you pay off the loan early, you may be entitled to a refund of part of the finance charge.
Maximum Rate
The maximum annual percentage rate currently being charged is 825%.

Line of Credit
A line allows Kansas customers to apply once and then draw up to the credit their credit limit. If your current balance is less than your credit limit you eligible to draw again.
This simplifies the process of getting access to fund when you need them the most.
Credit Limit
Credit limits are available from $100 to $500. The size and duration of the line of credit is determined by the financial ability of the borrower to reasonably repay the line of credit in the time and manner specified in the line of credit agreement.

Prepayment
If you pay off the loan early, you may be entitled to a refund of part of the finance charge.
Maximum Rate
The maximum annual percentage rate currently being charged is 299.99%.
Transaction Fee
We do not charge transaction fees at this time.
Late Fee
If a minimum payment over $25 is 10 days or late you will be charged a $10 fee.
Membership
A membership fees of $25 will be charged each billing cycle.

Cancellation
You may cancel your Account at any time by notifying us in writing that you wish for your account to be closed and by paying us the entire outstanding account balance in full. We may close the account or suspend making future cash advances on your account at any time and in our sole discretion. If you are not in default of this agreement, then you will be allowed to repay any remaining balance over time pursuant to this agreement and as required by law.
Cost of Credit
- A draw of $100.00 with an annual percentage rate of 240%, if paid off in 6 months, would require 6 payments of $30.07.
- A draw of $250.00 with an annual percentage rate of 180%, if paid off in 12 months, would require 12 payments of $46.12.
- A draw of $500.00 with an annual percentage rate of 150%, if paid off in 12 months, would require 12 payments of $82.60.

Flex Loan
A Flex Loan allows Tennessee customers to apply once and then draw up to the credit their credit limit. If your current balance is less than your credit limit you eligible to draw again.

We offer loan repayment plans between 120 and 180 days. The repayment amount for each installment may not exceed 25% of your gross monthly income.
Prepayment
You will repay your loan in full according to the repayment schedule set out in your loan agreement with your third-party lender. If you make an early or partial payment on your loan, there is no prepayment penalty. If you pay off the full amount of the loan early, we may waive a portion of your CSO Fee.
Loan Cancellation
You may cancel the loan, without finance charges or any costs, no later than 5:00 PM Mountain Time of the 3 calendar day immediately following the funded date. To cancel your payment obligations you may log into the customer portal by clicking here, or by calling our customer service department at (888) 542-1015.

Your Credit Services Organization (“CSO”) fee varies based on your loan amount. You will also be charged interest by your lender of up to 10.00% APR on loan principal in addition to CSO fees.
